20.5 degrees is the average of all 3 running surfaces, so each panel is different.

Elijah,
According to the Moesly patent, the panels are 21, 13 and 10 degrees, but that was for his original hull which was a 21'. This also doesn't come out to an average of 20.5 degrees. The 23' might have slighlty different angles to it. If nobody here knows the angles for certain, you may want to use one of those tools used for transferring an angle and get the proper measurement. Or, use Capt Chuck's proven method of mounting in the keel, that way you don't need any angle and the 'ducer will be as deep in the water as possible.
