Trayder, those hand holds look awesome. You just solved something that has been bugging me.

Coosa is a dense foam material that has fiberglass woven into it. It has great compression strength, although not as good as wood, and can be threaded into, again, not as good as wood though. The benefit is it is lighter and will not rot. It is very stiff too. I am going to use it for my whole project.
