Phan000, Pelican Hook(quick release) (I'm sure yachties / Sail'rs have a diff. name for it),Attatch it on a 15-24 *inch cable on the other end of the cable place a trolling clip.Your choice(roller - pancake) Attatch the pelican hook to your D lift/tow ring on the stearn. You can then move it anywhere! Unhook it stow it Take it on other boats etc. I'd send a picture of this but it will be a few years before I find "THAT" Box! I made these years ago & they still work the best. *Make sure the trolling clip hangs below the transom-When the Fish Strikes the clip will not Smack Your BEAUTIFUL Transom !Leave it out while runn'n too!
