Default Re: 1973 Sea Craft CC For Sale

Fiasco is now the proud new owner of the 1973 23' SF. I agreed to refurbish the trailer prior to his visit from VA. I normally shy away from projects such as this, but I broke out the air compressor and impact wrench and got the job done. I had some high grade 316 stainless hangers and spring retainer plates fabricated from a machinist friend of mine that I work with (please don't tell). I also installed 1/2" SS bolts and lock nuts on everything. Even went as far to purchase 4 new tires and rims since VA is very long journey from Vero Beach. The axles and bearings were fine. I figured if Fiasco decided against the purchase I would not have to worry about the trailer for a few years. Fiasco was very happy with the condition and how it was represented. He is now presently in tow to VA. I phoned him last night and he was having some trouble with his tow vehicle. He borrowed an older Suburban that is running real hot. He was traveling at 60 mph with the heater on to keep it out of the red. He intends to stop in Atlanta and swap out trucks. He said trailer is doing great. Everyone wish him congrats. He informed me that "Her PayCheck" is soon to be changed to canary yellow.
