Swamp If you can't get it to water take a clean trash can and get it under the engine with enough water it get all the intakes summerged. some times the muffs dont have enough volume to do any good. The only trouble I've ever had with the pee holes is a piece of sand or corrosion right in the end. Fish a piece of wire in there and see if it helps. It doesn't take much to clog them.
