I decided to powder coat the fuel tank for extra protection... plus it looks way cool. The welded tabs on the sides are to bolt it to mounting blocks that will be glassed onto the adjacent stringers.
Rubber strips were applied the full length of the bottom using 5200.
Fuel tank and transom cap are trial fit into place.
