Default Inspection Report

Last night I spent an hour looking around the hull. All looked good but I was unable to access all that I wanted since the boat was at the dock and the outboard was tilted up.

Everyone suggested that I check the transom but could not do an effective job due to motor. Saw no stress points on the transom glass inside or out. More work to be done here when it is out of the water

The screws that attach the console to the floor boards, 90% have spider cracks and the front attachment area is badly cracked around the lip. Does this this indicate anything other then it is a 18 year old hull?

Hull looks to be in good shape so the motor and repower cost is the big factor unless you guys tell me I need a litle more checking.

On my list when it is on the trailer is;
1) Gas tank
2) transom
3) Thru Hulls
4) trailer strength
5) have the 1989 225 checked out

Will try and schedule sea trial next week. Any suggestions on what to feel for or test while under way? Photos to follow as soon as I have the cd.

Tks
