I did my 23 CC in 2001 started with a $4,000 hull and did everything you talked about. New transom new tank new deck, cap, repaired CC, painted, T-top, seat electronics motor trailer, painted everything. I have 5 pages of costs I did not leave out anything. Cost me $32,000 and was appraised at $38,000 after completion of Insurance reasons. You are in the ball park for costs BUT it took me 150 days of me only work. I not only worked every weekend but Xmass, and vacation time plus I had a job I could disappear from to go to the marine stores during the week to prepare for my week end project. I did do most of the work in my driveway so during bad weather I was limited in the amount of time I could spend.
