Carla, my BR has what definitely looks like an original liner, but there are no drain holes or scuppers. And there's no raised lip to keep water out of the engine area, so washdown looks like it goes right down around the engine and down into the bilge. There is a raised piece running across the back end of the deck, ahead of the transom, which is a couple of inches high and wide. Here's a quick pic I took:



I'll be getting into some serious work on the boat this weekend, weather permitting, so I should be getting a whole photo album up real soon!

Carla, when you say the drain tubes cross to the other side, do you mean from port to starboard and starboard to port? I'm trying to picture how that would work.

By the way, here's an interesting view of the '65 (green) next to the '70 Seafari (blue), showing some of the difference in bow profiles.
