Where is the boat located? If it's in the the Midwest, needs full restore offer $500. There was a yellow sceptre that was for sale a couple of years ago in Wisconsin, looked to be all original, and someone from this site bought for around $500, I think it was Ebeach...
If it's in a different part of the country the seller might expect more, or they might give it to if you tow it off there property...
