I have for sale two 1986 Yamaha 115-Hp 25” motors that came on my 23 when I purchased it last fall. The motors run well “850-hours” and have good compression.
One of the motors is a complete running motor that only needs a prop and controls.
The other motor has a bad midsection due to corrosion, and has been cannibalized for parts. It is primarily a spare power head with a few extra parts. I also have a 25” 130 mid section that will fit these motors. I had planed on rebuilding the motor with the bad mid, but I found a set of low hour 130’s and replaced them.
