Good morning John.Yes this would be a big project.I built an RV6 experimental airplane from the ground up and it took 3 years before I flew it so I no about the time thing.I think it would be worth $300.00 just to take it apart and check it out plus I can get a feel for what I will need to do when the 23 gets torn down for rebuilding.If we get it you will have to come over and do some cutting and grinding, now that sounds like fun.Keith
