http://www.lutherswelding.com/index.html built my tank in RI, I brought them the old tank and they built me a new one that was exactly like the original and took the old tank off my hands as well. Top notch work and the price was Half of the prices I got on Cape. It was winter and I got my new tank in two weeks for the price they quoted me. Some one on this site, who I cant seem to remember, turned me on to them and it was a big help. Nice guys to deal with and a nice tank to boot, give them a call
