I just epoxyed them together, this job was kind of no big deal compared to some of the rest of my project. I know I could have finished it up better but I was not into the cosmetics of what the underside of a hatch looked like when I did my boat. If I had to do it all over again I would probably spend more time on the pretty pretty side of the job. I was more concerned on getting the boat splashed and getting her BLOODY every weekend back then.
