Elihja(sp)- i just checked on my transom and if you see the four bolts on the portside of the transom, my deck is approximately even with the bottom two (bolts in the picture)- based on the waterline with just me in the boat , if your scuppers go from bottom bolts up there should be know problems with locating them straight thru the stern hatch and out thru the transom. Ill find that picture of my old boat that had the flaps on the outside of the transom- craig
