Hum, hard to tell with just a few pics, but what caused that port aft scum line. Did the tide put it there after it sank outward or did the boat get caught under on the up tide and roll in first then outward on the falling tide?

How much does the tide move there. That big cross timber looks like big trouble if the anything get hung under.

Obviously nice to know if it was a dock issue, before the next victim gets held under.

The clues are there, just need to piece it together ...

There is no offical culprit. The scuppers don't feel as though they are any noticable cracks. There was a lot of weight in the rear. Perhaps the stern somehow got caught underneath the dock.

Still trying to figure it out.
