Hi Marlin- "just a dad" ,lol- funny you ask- i love baseball as well. My son is a senior this year and 15 years of being a baseball dad is finally coming to an end (Season starts next week?) Anyways its been a long, fun, trip but I must say college baseball is a much different experiance that I enjoyed much less than high school. Besides the fact that I get to see very few games and the games that I do see are a coin flip as to whether or not I get to see him play as he has been a short relief guy his whole college career. Great comraderie amoung the guys though and an experiance Im sure he will remember the rest of his life. My younger son finished his carreer last year after graduating high school, lol.I noticed a couple of years ago that I thought his interest was waning and asked him about it. Not really waned he told me, but he has much more fun playing adult baseball leauges at home in the summer time and it is just that- fun. He has played with and against some rising stars though. He played with and against Ryan Zimmerman- (3b wash.nats)played with in LL and threw against him in HS, Bill Bray was on his HS team with him (P-Cincy Reds)- and a bunch of other kids playing in the minors. Have I talked about it enough yet???,lol- kinda sad it will come to an end but as I am sure you know, it has cost me and the family a lot of money traveling the country the last 10 years doing the baseball thing but definitely no regrets, baseball people are great!! Tell me about your guy/s and your seacraft!! Craig
