Ken - It was BAD. I left a roll of paper towels in the back of the truck going home. There was a 60ft "quicker picker upper" tail on my truck . . . didn't even realize it until I pulled into a gas station.

The pic above is the first of 10 layers of glass.
I love 18oz roving!! The two layers of mat were real tough to get on (and get the air pockets out), but after that everything got a lot easier (I'm sure the fumes helped a bit too). Somehow the pail of resin seemed to just give and give. I thought for sure we'd run out, but we started with 4 gallons and there is still 1.5 gallons or so left. The last layer went on beautifully. I'm very happy with the results of the layup . . . can't wait to break open this mold. Thanks again Chuck!!
