One day I took a rented 12 foot aluminum skiff on the Cooper River all the way from the Naval Base Submarine School up in Goose Creek to the aircraft carrier museum, I think it's the Lexington? I almost made to Fort Sumter but the bay was a bit rough so I decided not to risk it. Took almost 3 hours for the round trip!
