Young Brothers in southern NJ did the deck work. They raised portions of the stringers so that the new deck is raised. The scuppers are thrutransom now. It is above the waterline.
I don't know who installed the bracket. The previous owner bought the boat in 2000 and the transom was already closed with the bracket on it.
