Choice 3.) AS Shown in the pictures, BUILD A GUTTER SYSTEM OUT OF PVC PIPE with DRAIN TUBES. ROUTE THE DRAIN TUBES AND "T" to THE SELF BAILS. BUILD A NEW SOLID DECK HATCH THAT IS HINGED TO THE ENGINE SPLASH WELL.
