I am almost scared to reply to this thread. Off to top of my head, here's the run down

-1hp Elgin (aircooled)
-2 ~2hp Sears & Roebuck aircooled (one camoflage)
-3hp Merc
-8hp long shaft sailboat motor
-9.9hp Evinrude
-15hp make?
-2 20hp Mercs
-80hp inline 4 Merc
-2 55hp Envirudes
-2 65hp Johnsons
-40 hp Merc
-couple other ~40-50hp outboards I can't remember
-two Mercruiser I/O Alpha One 2.5's (one in my SeaCraft, one spare)

Just got rid of about 8 outboards about 4 years ago, and another Merc I/O last year.
