NO, technically they can't (although many do from time to time). If you read the "for sale" section posting rules here you will see that the administrator has kindly asked that out of respect for those that pay the fee to list boats here, links to other sites selling boats not be posted.
It's not rocket science finding them on your own. Or, hop in the car and drive up the road: I saw three different used SeaCrafts for sale between Key West and Marathon day before yesterday and I never left US1.
