Maybe at one time this hull was used for commercial fishing or underwater wreck exploration of some sort. Those steel beams may have had those big electric bandit type reels bolted to them. The other thru hull deals might have housed those deep drop 5,000 + foot transducers or some sort of sonar maping equipment
