How much fuel was still in the tank? I am guessing close to 100 gallons. Also, do you know if it got contaminated it all after it's one night soak?

The bracket is designed to give you more room in the back, as well as better engine performance (higher WOT and better fuel consumption). Also, I like the idea of a closed transom.

It does require it's own special maintenance (such as it's own antifouling paint and you have to makes sure that it does not fill up with water). Also, under my current setup, the engines are too low. As a result, I am not getting a great ride all of the time (too much porpoising). Hopefully, I will be able to remedy that.

Two other things. First, strong trim tabs are a must with the bracket setup. With a twin setup that's a lot of weight back there. Second, it you have a trailer you will probably have to get it adjusted to support the new weight distribution.
