My old 23' Seacraft had twin 1998 Carb 150 HP Yamahas. At cruise I would average around 1.6 miles to 1.7 miles per gallon. These engines would start up no problem in warm weather but would sneeze and sputter a little in the cold stuff. Alot of choke was required at startup.

My new 23' Secraft has twin 2000 200 HP Yamaha X66's. They can average between 1.8 and 1.9 miles per gallon. They start up easily in every kind of weather.
