Thanks for the nice comment bushwacker!! I do like the seafari better than the v20 and I've seen the damage that you describe on a few older (early 70's) v20's. My V20 took some serious abuse and held together well. The large cockpit was awesome for fishing. Anyhoo . . . I suspect Carl Mosley might also have some experience with the v20 vs. seacraft comparison too.
This was a pic of a v20 and a 20ft powercat headed for battle during the bay of pigs invasion. I suspect they were the "two other boats from competing manufacturers"
