S WIND 35 TO 45 KT WITH GUSTS TO 55 KT...EASING TO 20 TO 30 KT WITH GUSTS TO 40 KT AFTER MIDNIGHT. COMBINED SEAS 23 TO 27 FT AT 12 SECONDS. '
