Default Re: Shamrock Ride?

I ran this one in the late 80's for about a year it had a 6 cylinder Perkins 240hp. It held 100 gallons of fuel and cruised 28knots burning 3 gallons per hour. Because the wheel house was so far forward you would feel every wave in a short chop. I finally put some rubber flooring in the cabin and a good seat that would absorb the pounding. It had good working room on deck and with the keel I could ease it up on bar without worrying about the prop.
