Looks good, If everything is original, I would say you probably could count on a transom redo sooner or later.
The 200 may be a bit heavy causing you to have to plug the scuppers while drifing. Alot of others on the site have 200's on them though.

I would gues 4-6 thousand but without really looking at it that is a big guess.

If you use the search function you will find many answers to your questions, they have been covered numerous times.
Be sure to set the pameters newer than 5 years instead of 1 week.
