Default Re: twin 140 zukes on a 23cc?

billybob; a little update on the progress: I have the transom out and ready to go back in. After removing everything but the outter skin of the transom, I found that a lot of the original fiberglass in the center of the transom had not bonded so there were some massive airpockets in the glass that had to be ground out. there were also a few cracks where the transom meets the bottom that had progress all the way through. these unforseen items set me back a few days so on new years eve my dad and I tried to get the new core into the transom. the bead of thickened epoxy around the bottom had started to set up before we could get it in, so the day ended with lots of four letter words and aggravation, followed by a lot of grinding 2 days later(I was in no shape to grind anything the next day).
Now that I have gotten all the hardened excess epoxy out, and I got the deer hunting bug out of my system, we are going to try it again tomorrow with an extra person and some added wisdom. we are still on dial-up here so I cant really post any photos, but I will as soon as I get back home to Mass.
