I am sorry that we disagree on this. I knew that there was upwards of 3 layers of glass that were delaminating. I realize that this is not a gelcoat blister type repair that needs to be done. my concern with is was that there was no mention of all of the fractured glass underneath that needed to be removed and repaired. the repair job is not at all limited to the area shown in the picture. I am sorry if I offended you billybob, but I feel that after going back and reading the post numerous times, that there was no mention of any structural damage.
when I ended up getting off the repair that you had done(before I started grinding of the rest of the fractured glass) it was clear to me that it was not structurally sound. I could push on the 5 or so remaining layers of bad glass and the whole section inbetween where those 2 lines meet would flex considerably.
I dont feel that you owe me anything for this. I understand that I bought a project boat and I am sorry for what I said earlier. I was not in a good mood after seeing what was under there.
I was able to put a few layers of glass back on today and I will post photos as soon as I can.
