thanks for the reply, that makes sense, I think. My transom is soaked and it hasnt seen water in 3 months. I was hoping to baby it out to use as a template, but am about to give up on this. Not a very good pic but the entire port side is mush.
Hard to get much done with only an hour or two a day. I think I am about to "call in dead", and get some work done.
