Thanks a million Denny, Those fotos and dimensions are perfect, I should be able to get close based on that great info. I even found a little chrome coleman just the one in the picture, but if I go that route I may take your advice and go with a double burner. Sear the ahi and steam the rice at the same time -- I can taste it now...
