Not sure where you are located Grady, but if your in northeast there are some guys selling Black Locust in Centerville NY and NW Jersey. Stuff is N. America's answer to teak. Super hard and stable, super rot resistant, and beautiful to boot. Super cheap $3-5 bd/ft. Google "black locust for sale" and you might find a seller near you. As dem Dixie boys might say, "git 'er done"
