I believe that boat was don hermans 20 that he sold maybe 6 months ago. The guy mikey has been buying and selling a couple of hulls on here, hulltruth, and florida sportsman. I would give don a shout at
www.hermco.net to verify if it is the same boat and see what exactly has been done since the boat was sold. If its dons old boat whatever he did would be good quality work, but I would go over any repairs done after the boat was sold to make sure they were done correctly
