here are a couple more pics got some of the finishing touches done. Everything powered up and works awesome.I dropped the boat in the water on saturday for a water line and to make sure we had no leaks..! There was one. here are some pics
here is the livewell mounted
another angle, The livewell itself is 8.5 feet off the transome and 11.5 feet from the bow.
my new rod locker holders I scribed the old ones and cut the new ones out of 3/4" black starboard that cost me an arm and half a leg.
Here is the extra panel I added for the lighting under gunnel, console, and inside console, I made some modifications to the back of the battery switch box and mounted the panel to it which made ot readily accesible and covers the back of the battery switch.
This is where I mounted the washdown spicket, I know it looks a little strange but it is centrally located so I only need half the lenght of the boat for hose and between the console and the livewell is a perfect storage spot for the hose.
one of the final touches
here is some of the lightening for all the night time fishing I do.
this is a tube light from birdsall
I still dont know how I feel about these red lights yet. I know they are important for bass fishing. The jury is still out on them
here are the Led lights under the gunnel. The front ones are Hella and the back ones are west marine brand, I like the generic west marine ones better and the were cheaper
I am waiting on the welder to shorten my aluminum bench seat. I am waiting on an order from west marine (which is a joke) for some gasket material and latches. Its not the managers fault its all corporate. I could have mail ordered the stuff 10 times over.
