If you want a roller trailer, which I prefer because you can launch on almost any kind of ramp, it's hard to beat the single axle EZ loader 6M, 3100 lb capacity, or 3500# w/ 16.5" dia rims.
Have had this one for over 20 years; only thing that gets wet are the tires and maybe the center of rear cross member, so that eliminates a lot of problems, and allows use of BIG drum brakes for lots of swept area and stopping power. I have removed the side rollers since this picture was taken. The outer rollers run right along the outside vertical step and center the boat perfectly every time. Easy to load and unload if you use a power winch. It is a heavy trailer though, at about 900 lbs; I believe the aluminum float-on types are about 500#. The black OEM rollers will leave black marks on the hull, so I'd negotiate with dealer to install the new style yellow poly rollers which don't leave marks before I bought one however.
