Default 1976 SeaCraft Savage inboard restoration project

We purchased this boat 3/93 (what's the rush) ?
Sat in dry stack from 1976 (sold in '77 by 70 West Marina here in Morehead City, NC until 3/93) We are 3rd owner
Sat on blocks outside forever... 9 years & then sat inside since then...
LONG time father & son project (more like son project with father's money) !
Maybe she will run this year !
New 1999 Yanmar 230
New ZF gear - 1.51 : 1
New pair of custom built 70 gallon tanks
New console from a Hancock (local) C/C with lift actuators
New Hancock & Grandsons T-Top and e-box
Bennett tabs
Auto pilot, yada... new EVERYTHING...
Transom was rotten with a few soft spots in deck - Coosa board replacements. Refinishing cuddy
WANT advice - propeller & pulpit - has anyone messed with either ?
