Nat- you can look up all you want rapists who were let out of prison and then raped again. It happens every day. The only method that is guaranteed to protect our society against child rapists is to eradicate the POS skum that indulges in this type of behavior. That being said, your idea of beating and torturing them to near death and then bringing them back to life is a fitting punishment in my mind only IF WE COULD KEEP THEM IN JAIL. A more simple and less costly solution is a 22 short behind the ear.
