Tell me gear ratio, and whether you have bottom paint.

I think Dixon is close, though. 19P cupped 3-blade stern-lifter, with some level of progressive rake if you are mounted high. Or maybe go to 16P or 17P cupped 4-blade if you're looking for maneuverability, mid-range performance and hole shot over top end.
