don't know where you are on tearing things up, but on my boat that meant my transom was shot. Once I got into the transom the weeping stopped. have you only checked the top of the foam or gone down into it? the foam is easy to remove but sure hurts the pocket book to replace. I think a few boats here never put the foam back in due to blistering or the fact it will most likely get wet again.
