We all know when government says it will cost X it always costs 2,3,4 times X. No partisanship there.

So I did a couple searches and found a couple places where it says that the bailout is NOT a total of $700 Billion, but instead $700 Billion AT ONE TIME!

What the hell!

Can anyone find the original text of the bail out plan?
