Holy Crap ! You did a lot of work. Great job. You must be proud ! It's amazing when you do a little work at a time, over time - it slowly gets done.

What did you do to re-do the floor ? I have the original floor too - there is one small delam'd part (8"x8"), it needs a little epoxy injected under it. But, ny non-skid is tired ! I'd like to keep the original pattern and re-shoot it w/ something... What'd you use ?

BTW: I run a 350 MAG MPI w/ Bravo 3 - at 3200 RPM, I'm going 30 mph, at WOT, 4600 RPM, I go 45 mph...

For an i/o, I love the drive and motor. However, the i/o has turned out to be a lot more maintenance than any outboard I've ever owned ! Barnacle scraping and electrolysis vigilance.
