If you were to climb up the embankment and cross the street, then climb down the other embankment, that would have been Waterway Marina, which became the SeaCraft dealership after B&H stopped selling them. I grew up just a few miles from there, and went to work for Waterway as a Tow Boat captain in 1983 with my new 100 ton license, eventually becoming the Dockmaster.
Denny, you mentioned that you got your Seafari from B&H. My first SeaCraft was a Seafari, and it, too, was originally sold new right there.
It's a small world, after all.
