Assuming a 23SF-- IMHO, the 250 Zuke is the cheapest new single 4-stroke, while any 250 2 or 4stroke will be a good match. 300 Zuke is ideal in a single. Twins need a full floatation bracket see the hermco/seamark bracket in the search feature of CSC. The 4 cylinder 130 etecs(coming soon) or 115/140 zukes are great light twins. Many people go 150/175/200 twins, and weight should be ok on 2 stroke, and more stern heavy on 4 strokes. BE SURE TO PUT KNEES on the transom if you haven't thought of that yet. My outdrive conversion to bracketed outboards didn't put knee braces in, and they are needed.
