Default Re: Started on the 18

Thanks guys, I can't stand bad wiring either, you never know how to fix something when it breaks. At least now I can have a chance of finding the problem
Loon not sure what you mean by "reactions so far"?
As for the trailer, the one under it was a red-headed stepchild with too small an axle, shot springs and too small a frame. The boat actually sat on 36" on bunk with no metal under it
I upgraded to a new aluminum Loadmaster with torsion axle, stainless hardware, LED lites, all the good stuff.

I've added a 17" x 13" IPS hatch to the front of the console so I have access to all the electronics wiring once the leaning post goes in next week.
Going to add a cushion under the hatch on the front of the console and on top of the forward console seating area as well.
I've also redesigned the under gunwale rod holders to allow the rods to go either direction and will be chaging out the originals as soon as they are made.
I'm a packaging designer and create all my templates on the CAD to try out before going to the finished material. The guys I've been using for the starboard & acylic panels are Surfix in Melbourne, FL. I just send them the design as a .dxf file and they reproduce it on their C&C in whatever material I need. And their pricing is spot on.
