We troll the Rapala X-Rap diver usually in black. Sluggos can be the 9 inch or the 12 inch, usually in White, Arkansas Shiner or sometimes black. Two ways to use the sluggo....trolling unweighted on 7/0 Owner Jobu or Owner Longshank hook. Or you can jig them on a heavy duty weighted jig head.

I've caught a handful of these over the ladt 4 years, but Nick definitely is more knowledgeable and consistent. I am sure he will pipe in with more suggestions.
