No I don't have a template.I laid out enough material on the floor,(I think it was around 19 feet, I went from the transom to the stem)and marked off the taper I was looking for,then cut it on a table saw(band saw would be easier if you have one).Once cut I screwed it from behind to a long peice of 1 by material to hold it in place and I shaped it with a planner and belt sander.
I'm not so sure Ipe will bend enough up forward.If you plan to paint it,you could make relief cuts on the back side to help it bend and once it is installed just fill the cuts with epoxy and cabosil and paint it.
