Up north, we dip steaks in soysauce for a second, roll in sesame seeds and then sear for a very short time (like the other tom mentioned)
CSICKNICK also shared with me a greek cooking recipe. Skip the soysauce and sesame seeds, and just dip the steaks in YASU greek salad dressing and then sear on the grill or in the pan.
